Queen Isabella’s Events & Creative Consulting (QI) strives to provide the best quality of event supply products and rental items.  If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase or rental items kindly return your items within seven (7) days of your purchase/rental, for a refund of the full purchase/rental price and/or exchange.  QI will make their best efforts to resolve your returns and exchanges matter immediately.  If you desire a return and/or exchange of your purchase/rental items, you may email QI directly for a return/exchange approval.

Event in a Box

Be so kind as to return your complete box of Event in a Box within seven (7) days of purchase, for a full refund of the purchase price.  All individual event supply items within your box must be unopened and still in their original packaging to be approved for a full refund.  The return of individual items from an Even in a Box are not accepted, the Event in a Box may only be returned in complete full form as it was received.

Custom-Order Boxes

QI does not accept returns or exchanges on any custom-order boxes.

Non-refundable Items

Kindly Note that our promotional sale items are final sale, non-refundable, and may not be returned.  The following selected items may be non-refundable, can not be returned, and may vary.

  • Balloons
  • Straws
  • Cups
  • Rental Items

QI rental items must be returned within two (2) business day after your event date.  Please place your rental items back in the package(s) you received them in, and attach our pre-paid shipping label(s) to the outside of your package(s).  Kindly then drop your rental package(s) off to your nearest service carrier (posted on the pre-paid shipping label) dropbox or store.  Rental items are to be received by QI within seven (7) business days after your event date.  Rental items that are not received by QI within seven (7) business days after your event date are considered late.  Clients are responsible for late fees that apply to rental items returned late.

Damaged Items

If any purchased/rental items within your package(s) were damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of being received and QI will make their best efforts to resolve the matter immediately.
