Queen Isabella’s Events & Creative Consulting’s (QI) La Boutique event supply products, materials, and Event in a Box orders are specially packed and shipped within 3-4 business days.  All orders received after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) on Friday will be considered received on Monday at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT).  All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be specially packed and shipped the following business day.  Please review our service hours.

QI’s exclusive event supply rental box items are magically packed and shipped within 2-3 business days after orders have been received.  All rental order requests are required to be placed two weeks before the event date.  QI’s rental orders are delivered to your selected party location within 2-3 business days before your event.

At rare times, some QI’s La Boutique products/items are temporarily or permanently out-of-stock and/or on backorder.  Once QI is aware of these matters, clients will be notified within 3 business days after the order was received by QI.

After QI orders are magically packed, they will be shipped from our Danville, California location.  QI will ship using United Parcel Service (UPS).  Clients will receive an email confirmation of package(s) shipped along with tracking information.  Kindly note QI is not responsible for service transit time frames.  Service transit time frames are provided by the carrier (UPS), and may vary by destination, shipping method, size and weight of the package(s).  Also, service transit time frames may vary during peak shipping periods.

QI’s shipping fee policy is based on the shipping rates that are provided by UPS, and may vary by destination, shipping method, size and weight of the package(s).

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Services

Queen Isabella’s Events & Creative Consulting offers an exclusive delivery and pick-up service for $25.00 within the Danville, Alamo, and San Ramon city areas. Please know that Queen Isabella’s Events & Creative Consulting may invoice for additional fees if the following occur:

  • deliveries or pick-ups are made outside of normal business hours;
  • deliveries or pick-ups are made for a backyard location, second floor, stairs, elevators and other areas that may not be easily accessible to the delivery person(s) and or vehicle.

Upon delivery, we request that your representative and ours count-in all equipment. After your event, we ask that you count-out all equipment with our driver. If you choose not to count-out your order, counts will be conducted at our warehouse.
